Han Xiaolong, head of the Science and Technology Project and Achievements Management Section of Hainan Normal University, gave a lecture titled “Whole-Process Management of Scientific Research Projects and Achievements” at the HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College at Hainan University (HAITC) on Feb 16. The lecture was attended by Zhang Xianfeng, vice-dean of the college, teachers and all members of staff from the scientific affairs office, as a prelude to the series of lectures “HAITC Face to Face” on fund declaration this year.

In the speech, Han gave a stepwise analysis and elaboration from four aspects: the process management of scientific research projects; the conventional classifications of scientific research achievements; the main types of scientific research awards; and maintaining a down-to-earth manner in scientific and technological research and the building of academic disciplines. 

The lecture also included a question and answer session, during which Han patiently answered questions about retrieval of papers, how foreign teachers apply for projects as well as topic applications in management science.
