HAITC and Hainan Bank sign cooperation agreement

HAITC's administrative branch signed a cooperation agreement with Hainan Rural Credit Union's IT department on Sept 22 to foster a new pattern of grassroots Party construction.

He Yingmin, Party secretary of HAITC, Zhang Xianfeng, vice-dean of HAITC, and Wang Wei, Party secretary of the information technology branch of Hainan Rural Credit Cooperatives, attended the signing ceremony, which was presided over by He and attended by members of the two branches.

He welcomed the guests and briefed them on the development history and Party building work of HAITC. She said that Party building is essential for international joint programs to cultivate talents for the socialist cause, and that the two sides should pool their efforts and share resources to pursue common development and win-win results.

Wang elaborated on the development history, scale and features of Hainan Rural Cooperatives and the responsibilities of the information technology department. He attached great importance to cooperation in promoting the high-quality development of Party building, noting that cooperating with schools is a model initiative highly valued by Hainan Rural Cooperatives. He expressed his hope that the cooperation will achieve good results.

Wang and Zhang signed the agreement. Participants from both sides discussed the details of Party building and co-construction work. 

The agreement is an embodiment of all-round cooperation between schools and enterprises. 

It will encourage the integration and optimization of Party building resources between schools and enterprises, laying a solid foundation for strengthening grassroots Party building.
