To answer the call of the Ministry of Education for Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions to conduct independent recruitment and launch foreign bachelor's programs, HAITC strives to attract students in international education. It also establishes the international innovative education program in Hainan province, and builds an international cooperative education platform.

In May, on top of its dual degree program, the college was officially approved to increase the independent recruitment of undergraduates for foreign bachelor's degrees by piloting the project in the mode of “4 plus 0”.

From July to September, the college has enrolled 60 excellent students as planned and sent them formal admission notices, which marks the successful completion of its independent recruitment of HAITC this year.

HAITC is ready to welcome all freshmen and embark on a new journey with them.
