Party members of the CPC committees of the HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College at Hainan University (HAITC) and the Jinchao Academy at Hainan University (HNU) visited scientific innovation sites and revolutionary scenic spots from June 24 to 25 to celebrate the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

At the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, Party members visited the city’s planning exhibition hall and the Sanya Nanfan Research Institute of HNU, learning about the general planning, layout and policies of the park, as well as the progress and achievements made by HNU in tropical agricultural science and technology innovation.

Visitors also came to the Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone in Lingshui Li autonomous county, visiting the exhibition center, the project construction site and the international learning center in the pilot zone.

At the Muruishan Revolutionary Base Memorial Park, Ding'an county, they learned about precious historical materials and cultural relics during the Qiongya revolution, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45) and the War of Liberation (1946-49), and reviewed the history of Qiongya revolution and revolutionary martyrs’ glorious heroism.

Wang Xueguang, head of the memorial park, told revolutionary stories of the Red Army soldiers’ hardship and fighting in Muruishan Mountain.

By taking part in the activities, Party members said they will try their best to perform their duties and strive to make greater contributions to HAITC’s Sino-foreign cooperative education cause and HNU’s double world-class disciplines with full enthusiasm and excellent work style.
