A lecture on hotel human resource management and staff training was delivered at the HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College of Hainan University (HAITC) on Oct 26.

Li Fei, training manager of the Ritz-Carlton, Haikou and the Renaissance Haikou, gives a lecture on hotel human resource management and staff training at HAITC on Oct 26.

Lecturer Li Fei shared stories about her career choice and career planning and explained the establishment and development of Marriott International as well as the brand building and staff training system of the Ritz-Carlton and Renaissance Hotels. She also answered questions about hotel human resource management and exchanged views with students.

Li is a training manager of the Ritz-Carlton, Haikou and the Renaissance Haikou. She worked at the Westin Blue Bay Resort Spa, the Westin Shimei Bay Resort and the Langham Haikou in human resource management and staff training.

The course provided HAITC students with further understanding of this discipline and established a school-enterprise cooperation platform for students to enter the hotel industry.
