HAITC signs strategic cooperation framework agreement with CSWADI
A delegation from the Hainan branch of the China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp. Ltd (CSWADI) visited the HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College, Hainan University (HAITC) on April 27 to sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the college.
The team from the Hainan branch of CSWADI come to HAITC on April 27.
During the visit, Zhao Yue, director of the Career Development Center (CDC), outlined HAITC’s “dual degrees” and “4+0” training models, its distinctive international faculty team and its various teaching achievements to the visiting guests, fully demonstrating the unique advantages of the Sino-foreign cooperative institution.
Zhao also led the guests to visit the college’s CDC, Academic Support Center (ASC), Party member’s home, the student organization and club activity room, psychological team support center, HAITC coffee shop and other venues, allowing the guests to fully understand the college environment and its tech facilities, and to get a feel for the college.
Wang Lin, dean of HAITC, and Du Jian, executive director of CSWADI Hainan, signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of the two sides. Chief architect Huang Liang of CSWADI Hainan and other deputy architects, He Yingmin, Party secretary of the college, and other teachers attended the signing ceremony.
Du expressed his full affirmation of the college's teaching effectiveness. He hoped to carry out long-term exchanges and cooperation and provide students with more learning resources such as lectures and workshops.
He Yingmin expressed his gratitude to the visiting guests and encouraged the students to learn more about relevant professional knowledge from the experts.
Representatives of CSWADI Hainan presented awards to students who performed well in urban and rural planning and design activities, and took a group photo with them.
The signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement is set to establish a friendly cooperative relationship between the school and the enterprise, discuss curriculum design plans, create learning and employment opportunities for students, and cultivate high-level international talents.
