Tao Hongjian, deputy director of the Education Department of Hainan Province, Wang Yi, head of the division of international cooperation and exchange, and Wang Xia'ou, vice-president and secretary-general of the CEAIE Hainan Association, also came to the college.

The visitors listened to Dean Wang's report on the school's characteristics, faculty, student training and achievements. 

With the training model of "dual degrees", "dual status" and "4+0", HAITC is China's first Sino-foreign cooperative tourism institution and aims to introduce international high-quality educational resources, and build an innovative talent training platform through integrating eastern and western educational concepts. 

Secretary He introduced the detailed Party construction at HAITC to the guests.

Under the guidance of the school's Party committee, HAITC fully implements the fundamental task of "building morality and cultivating people", and promotes the "Party construction +” project mode. It always unites and gathers teachers and students around the Party, and gives full play to the role of the Party organization as a fighting fortress, exploring a new model of Party construction in the Sino-foreign cooperative education system.

Afterwards, the guests also visited the activity venues of the students club, the psychology center, and the coffee training classroom to fully understand the college's facilities.

Vice-President Wang spoke highly of HAITC's achievements. He pointed out that HNU has focused on the development of national strategies, the needs of local economic and social development, discipline construction, academic research, and cultivation of industry-leading talents with international competitiveness, which provides a strong foundation for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
