Teaching and research directions: public financial management and budgeting, public policy analysis, organization theory. His research mainly focuses on the relationship between public finance and organizational performance. His research results were published in the International Review of Administrative Sciences, Public Budgeting & Finance, The Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management and other journals.
